National Certificate (Vocational):
Achieved 60% in three fundamental subjects, including the Language of Learning and Teaching of the University;
and achieved at least 60% in four vocational subjects, chosen from the NCV level 4 subjects.
Appropriate NQF Level 6 qualification:
A candidate may be considered for admission into a Bachelor’s degree at the University if they have successfully
completed an appropriate NQF level 6 qualification. Applicants may also obtain complete exemption certificates
from the Matriculation Board – USAf www.usaf.ac.za
Recognition of Prior Learning:
Candidates seeking admission into undergraduate qualifications may also do so through the Recognition of
Prior Learning Policy and Procedures of the University.
